★★★★★ Love this app super convenient....been using this app for at least 3 yrs now, and I haven't had any issues with it nor with the bank itself.

★★☆☆☆ Can't PRINT or SCREENSHOT from the app. I have an older Android 7.0 phone which is fine for everything I use it for except that I cannot SCREENSHOT MY STATEMENTS to print them while in the app. I was told by FCU tech to use my laptop to print from the website, but I haven't used my laptop in several years and when I tried I couldn't select the "login" button, it just sat there... although other websites work fine. I was told my only option is to upgrade a PERFECTLY USABLE PHONE!

★★☆☆☆ Half of the time it does not show the main screen and issues with transfers. I use a Samsung Galaxy Smartphone and all other apps I have worknjust fine except the Freedom App. I have to Uninstaller the app reinstall it then the home screen and transfers are allowed. Maybe the app needs an updating from their IT department.

★★☆☆☆ I don't like that when I put my code that was sent to me in the box to verify me, it says I put the wrong code in every single time. It always says invalid password, and I'm putting in the numbers that are texted to me by freedom. I can't log into my account by phone I have to use my computer. The code only works on my computer. Why?
