I had no trouble using Freelancer. Called couple times and problems was solved like they were never there. Landmark Engineering was awesome great with my product. Had few problems but they to was solved like they were never there. All I can say is I have had an awesome experience with Freelancer and Landmark Engineering.

Absolute rubbish! There's a thing where most projects need you to have a balance of"$20", meaning you can't bid on any jobs, and there's only a maximum of 6 bids unless you pay. They also won't stop harassing you with messages, urging you to pay $99 to verify your account. A bunch of sick-minded and sick-hearted money-hungry rats preying on people who are already desperate for work. I'm here to try and earn an income, and you're trying to extort money from me??! Just shut down your company!!

Don't use Freelancer. I lost my hard-earned money since I can't cash in. Then, I wasn't active for more than a year, then they charge me 14 bucks a month, and now I have negatives. I lost my funds, and they have the audacity to ask for more money? This is a fraud. You will waste hours upon hours just to compete with bots. Your bid will not get accepted. This is a trap. Run. Yeah don't bother with the reply from customer service. They intentionally won't help you.

Horrible user experience. They don't ask for any documents while you are adding funds for a project. However, they ask for your entire life to withdraw funds. Horrible experience. I would suggest looking for alternatives. This is a horrible platform for people seeking services.
