Very good app that improves fitness and muscles if you stick to the program. After many years using it I'm still up for it. Furthermore, development has been great, and dev team is always listening 👍👍

It's a great app, and since using it have definitely lost some weight (combined with a proper diet). The workouts are nice and varied. The AI has its moments. On the one hand, it varies the workouts, on the other it sometimes has a disconnect between workouts, warm ups and cool downs. I also wish there was greater flexibility in customization. If you like a lined up workout, but want to skip one exercise, you can't, you just have to redraw the whole thing.

Recent updates have largely cropped the app and for no benefit. Forcing a certain order, and not even allowing us to view cool down exercises for the current workout before finishing earlier steps is a big loss. Will be cancelling.

Pay attention at renewals!!! They do not send any email or communication before the renewal date, and once you complain, they simply refer to their Terms and Conditions. I personally opened a case three hours I was charged. It is disappointing!!

It's a decent app, but it's frustrating that it doesn't have basic exercises like cycling and rowing. Edit: I'm done with this app. Too many weird limitations throughout the experience.
