★★★★★ Love the app! Things hope that they are adjusted are to have: the option to ask for a run in the same way that there's the option of "I can't do a run"; the option to remove exercises that involve lying with my back or front on the ground as sometimes the ground is dirty; and the option of picking the muscle groups to include, the same way I can choose which to exclude. I also wonder why there are no stretching exercises for the neck, dangerous? But all in all, great app!

★★★★★ So far I am enjoying this app since I started in November 2023. I did not renew my gym membership and used FRENETIC for my daily workout. It helped me pushed myself, and it is good that I am seeing progress

★★☆☆☆ Not great exercise repeat, and you can't change exercise for different one like other app allow. Wouldn't recommend this app. The exercises bank they have is very little and is not comprehensive enough.

★★☆☆☆ Do not buy. Do not sign up for a free trial. They WILL steal your money! They will tell you they will notify you before charging your account - this is a LIE! They have stolen $150 from me with no warning right before Xmas when my finances are already stretched to breaking point. I now need to come off medication for the next 2 months that I desperately need because they have taken the only money I had left to pay for it. When you contact them they just ignore you. Avoid at all costs.

★★☆☆☆ This app is clearly meant for general fitness, not for achieving specific goals, especially bodybuilding. There's no way to customize the workout plans created by the app, you cannot add or remove exercises, the app isn't really flexible and doesn't allow much else than what the selected program says. There's no option for machines like lat pull down or chest press machine, no exercise-specific notes, etc. For Bodybuilding, go with Progression, Hevy or Strong. This one is meant for the elderly.
