FREENOW for drivers

★★★★★ I think its very unfair that the Customer gets charged a Technology Charge of 3 EUROS on top of the 15% charged to the Drivers ??? This equates to approx. 30% in total, terrible high percentage. When a Taxi driver adds their income tax percentage it is costing them a hell of a lot to operate as a Driver. Dublin Citys Traffic problem is insane. The Dublin City Council need to be lobbied to increase the time delay on the traffic lights to elevate the congestion. Otherwise the app issuer.

★★★★★ Hello team Can you please add the job is cash or card when the job comes? It will help the driver to understand the job is safe or not. In this way every passenger will get taxi even in busy time. It's a simple coding to add in the app. Hope free now will consider this

★★☆☆☆ App is not a level playing field. App does not consider drivers as equals App has three tiers. Unless you worship at the Altar of Free Now you're not getting decent work Tolls are stolen from you as they have it set up to add manually unlike others ...IE, Uber. Add Toll button is deliberately hidden. Tips are very often not paid. Asking for months to update vehicle, hasn't happened. App will remove you from Airport queue randomly. Horrendous

This app can make the difference if u consider no commission frm the drivers as we are not benefiting .my txe cost 80k I make MORE ON THE STREET commission FREE. THERE are other apps started 0% commission free now is no more free now u need drivers I need commission 0% 100% if I need to give any service or attention to free now
