★★★★★
Pros: Great system overall, a million times better than finger prices. Cons: Scans should be more reliable, too often there is either an error or no result, and it takes 2 or 3 scans to work. Cost is a downside too, ± $200/month in NZ is way too much for the average person/household. Suggestions: Make the most of the smartphone sensors; include things like step count and goals, etc. Use the collected data for smart suggestions (insulin ratios, etc.)

Works great on Samsung s20,the biggest fall back is how hard it is to link to Libra link up, was working fine sending to my health care provider till I went to add my partners phone, so she can keep a track of what's going on and now says the feature is unavailable, to the point my specialist rang me and asked what's going on. Edit: Issue has been sorted without the lost of sensor 100% happy about that, however lost 7 days worth of data in the process. Definitely recommend this device to any diabetic

It doesn't co-operate with the other reader. You have to start the sensor with the reader before the phone, or you won't be able to use your reader on that sensor. Your phone also needs NFC which is available on nearly all new phones but not necessarily old ones, and often the NFC only works in one part of your phone (for me: top right). Don't confuse this with an app that regularly monitors glucose and alerts you if you're low or high either, because it's not.

Absolutely nothing in the app that provides ANY help or instructions for connecting phone - Samsung S10 - to sensor. Pointless downloading the app !!

App installed on Samsung S9+ won't scan sensor. I closed account & uninstalled within 30 minutes. It would be great if it worked. No help available in my country.

Latest version is totally broken. Using on a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and I keep getting signal loss issues which disables my alarms. All my settings are correct, and I have even reinstalled the app to try to fix the problem. It has started happening since the automatic monitoring feature was added to the Freestyle Libra 2
