Terrible app crashes on profile page every time even when reinstalled and updated and makes you refresh the page to tell you when pick up is ready. Why not have it send an alert to your phone, so it makes a noise instead of having to go onto the app and refresh until it decides to turn green?

Completely pointless app if it can't be used to make new bookings. Stent freight bookings can't be made online on laptop either. Why? As well as that the app didn't send me a text to verify my Irish phone number. It did work with my French number. Again, why?

A useless application. Not because of the creators, but because of Senna. - Drop off : There is probably already another trailer at the given location. - Pick up : As long as the screen is blue you can't drive into the port. Even if the trailer you came for is already there. When it turns green and there is a tick, you will probably not find it in the place indicated by the app. - Touch screen at the turnstile : totally unreliable. It freezes, it doesn't work in the rain or frost.
