Comments on Frequency Sound Generator for Android

★★★★★ Alan Majecha · Mar 27, 2021

Downloaded this app, so I could synthesize two frequencies I saw on a car hooter online, as to hear what it would sound like before I both it. Sound generated by this app and the hooter when it came were a perfect match.! Thank you, guys, every time someone wants to buy a hooter online for their car I'll recommend this app, so they can hear what their car hooter will sound like. Great app, thanks, developers!¡🙏🙏🙏🙏

Doesn't actually work on Android 10. Oneplus 7Pro. Shame, it's my favorite frequency generator.

★★★★★ Surya Hitam · Sep 3, 2022

A great app. With up to 3 sound generators you can demonstrate things like beats between 2 tones close to each other, or test the frequency range of your hearing. I stopped detecting at ~10.5kHz but my wife could hear up to 15kHz and said the sound was painfully loud, and the poor cats went wild! No permanent damage done I hope. Ads are present but unobtrusive, at the bottom of the screen.

This used to be an incredibly cool, fun app. I could create random sound to mess up the 'Amateur Secret Police,' One of whom just boasted that they turned off the sound in the app, in effect, ruining it! I've cleared its dara, uninstalled and reinstalled it, and No Sound persists! I'm going to try something I never have before: Contact the app developer directly, perhaps I'll make a new ally, vis-à-vis versus those who interfere with other people's devices, splicing code into apps+phone settings

doesn't work, tried every option no sound output downloaded other app it worked normally

★☆☆☆☆ Paul Taylor · May 19, 2026

Played around with the program controls & the phone volume controls. But it doesn't make any sound at all on my Samsung A34. Very disappointing!

★☆☆☆☆ Arija · Oct 13, 2021

For whatever reason, no matter the frequency you set the dials at, no sound is produced.

★★☆☆☆ Kathy Lough · Apr 6, 2021

Was working fine then stopped functioning. It opens, dials work, but no sound(s) anymore. Has worked for years, not stopped. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but didn't fix it.
