I'm an Electrical Engineer and am familiar with test equipment. I used this frequency generator to determine the exact frequency of the extremely annoying and constant tone I hear in both ears caused by a condition called Tinnitus (ringing in the ears). The frequency is 6,750hz (6.75khz). This high frequency sound prevents me from hearing external sounds around this specific frequency, which is good to know, as Tinnitus is currently not curable.

Simple to use and clean UI. I bought it to use in conjunction with a large JBL BT speaker to combat yapping dogs right outside my home. It may not work on the dogs but the owners get the hint to shut the yapping dogs up. I play a high-pitched tone, when they bark, the tone starts, when they stop the tone stops. Like a Pavlov experiment. Already complained to the HOA, it helped, but they get complacent and the noise starts again.

It's great that aren't any adds to distract from the frequency. There are adds but only at the bottom of the screen. It's great app for using the frequencies with meditation along with sleeping.
