I have been having issues with fresh since early September & it's been 4 months of more issues happening. Out of no more all my clients were required to download an app to make appointment, after contacting fresh about it, they said clients have the option and shouldn't have too after many screen recording the issue is still hit & miss. Then it started having issues w/ Samsung user could only pay with Apple Pay & so many more tech issues. Not worth the headache for a "free" booking system!
