Update: within minutes of posting a frustrated 1-star review, I received a phone call from kirsten. She listened to my concerns to solve my concerns. Apparently it was a company-wide issue. Kirsten went above and beyond to fix this for several hundred people.

Many features do not appear to work correctly in the app. I have greater success on their website though. Also, I am having issues logging in for the chat and other features.

I'm forced to use this service if I call out for work. Missed one day of work in 13 months due to a headache and lack of sleep. Long process to get a verbal approval and promised a note to return to work will be emailed. CANNOT get the note and NO ONE KNOWS WHY. I've contacted them twice via phone, which they have to call you back each time and once through chat. Your system isn't convenient.

Won't active. If that is the case you should have something that states that on the app and not just show a loading screen continuously.

App is broken. Filled out the activation page and clicked submit, the loading icon appears for 10 seconds, then goes back to the activation page. No error, no message, just unusable.
