★★★★★ So it took some mucking about to get it to work: had to get the points card and confirm by email, but finally got it to work. Sent developer an email as many people we struggling with the link texted. Was it worth the work for a free small pizza? Perhaps. Not the greatest reward system as you have to spend $300 to get $30 in reward points.

★★★★★ I use this app good before but one day It's hard to use this cause its fixing me to a different store location. I reinstalled the app manually put location then it works good again

★★☆☆☆ Push notifications would keep turning themselves back on. Kept getting notifications whenever I passed by a fresh slice store, which is at least twice a day. Super annoying. Can't even order through the app. Absolutely useless. Uninstalled

★★☆☆☆ If it wasn't for the nice servers at my fresh slice location I would have lost my mind. App verifies both cell # and email, but has no way of resending verification emails/texts. So I sat around a fresh slice shop for two hours while myself, the On-Duty Manager, and the General Manager/Owner all worked to validate my app account. Even then, the GM of the store placed a call to a specific and personally known employee at the head office to force my account's second verification through (I had already verified my email!). Now, I'm trying to log in to order pizza and the app freezes/crashes on startup. I tried to log in on my PC, but the online page isn't taking my password. When I try to reset my password online, the text message with the reset link shows up as expired immediately after sending. So now, I can't access my account. What kind of developer releases an app this flawed and bugged? EDIT: It's up and working now, though I am unsure why. At least I can use my account from here on our but the nightmare that is above keeps the rating just a bit above one star. Functionality is a given for an app, but quality-or-life (or lack of) is a bigger and more important deal.

★★☆☆☆ Can't place an order because it says the name field is required, but it won't let me fill it in. I've tried the app, the mobile website, and the desktop site. I literally can't order a pizza online. There's no option to update my name in the profile either.
