Fresh Slice pizza is one of the best pizza experiences I've ever had. I'm giving this 1 star because I included a coupon while making my order. The coupon was for 1 free slice for new members. When I arrived at the restaurant, they received the information about my order that I paid for, but they didn't see anything about a free slice of pizza on their system. They didn't believe me when I showed the receipt. The icing on the cake was that I left a tip on the app. I'm always looking for deals. The whole reason I used the app was for the deal. Please fix this.

No pay at store option, no distance filter despite the app forces you to give your location. Bait and switch specials... text alerts saying the order is ready are just done automatically 10 mins after ordering even though your order may not have even been started and there is no way to cancel in the app and stores claim to not be able to cancel an order. I only left 1 star because I could not leave zero. They force you to enter credit card information instead of paying in store. Fraud alert
