Brilliant. Excellent, informative and helpful. This got me away from the ineffective calorie counting NHS official weight loss app. Learning what insulin does besides simply lower blood sugar has been invaluable, what it does with the sugar is so important. That all carbohydrates = sugar is another fact ignored in standard health advice. Modern, relatively sedentary life does not call for such high energy fuel. Thank you, the weight is finally shifting 😊

Very easy to use, full of inspirational recipes and good suggestions for substituting low-carb alternatives. Good to read information written concisely and without overwhelming amount of medical jargon; but with evidence to back this up.

This app is going to give me a headache... The body is much more complex than this and too much emphasis is placed on sugar without the explantive context of how one person's body is different to the next... This would have you believe that a can of coke can cause diabetes yet a glass of fruit juice can't...

Had a brief look through and uninstalled straight away. The meal plans might work for you if you're at home for every meal or have access to a full kitchen at work and are cooking for multiple people each mealtime so aren't going to have tons of leftover fresh ingredients going off. If you're cooking for one and can only use a microwave to cook lunch at work... not so much.

Abhorrently disastrous! So far, every recipe I have used has yielded results ranging from disgusting, too inedible to absolutely regrettable... I will be warning everyone I can away from this app. I am personally absolutely outraged at whomever has posted these foul recipes, as all I have achieved in my time using this app is unfinished meals or snacks, and a boatload of wasted money.
