Crashed in the middle of labor and lost all surge info. So so so disappointed as if it worked it would be great. I want a refund

I would give it 0 if I could. Paid for this app for labor and went to use in hospital whilst having contractions. Instead of timing my contractions it continually told me to go to hospital even though I was IN hospital... an absolute waste of money and time. Ended up using a stopwatch.
