I'm just very impressed & overwhelmed greatly by how Froedert uses this app to keep patients on top of their health! After recently moving back to WI from out of state, went to an ER I picked from Google Maps while extremely sick. That was Froedert ER in New Berlin with the best ER doctor, Dr Robinson, and best ER staff. Ended up 2 months later feeling better, with a primary doctor & much more grip on the entire health category of my life! Great app, transparency everywhere! So grateful.

Trust your doctor maybe not Private phone call between myself and my wife overheard by staff and relayed to dr bradley who posted it on my chart medical records Do not trust Making an appointment is very disappointing You have to wait 2 weeks too just to see dr bradley only to find out it's a consultation visit, then you have to make another appointment that also takes a couple of weeks. This is just another way of getting more money out of retired people

I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO ANGRyUPSET DISSATISFIED AT ROBERT/MCOW BEFORE. NOW THINK OF CHANGING HOSPITAL SYSTEM. Again I CALL PHARMACY TO HAVE PRESCRIPTION(S) REFILLED. PHARMACY CONTACTS ME WEEK LATER SAYING th "PRESCRIPTION" I ReQuEsTed Precanceled, YES Cancelled to, DUE TO Froedtert/mcow NOT REFILLING PRESCRIPTION FROM "Doctor's OFFICE" THIS HAPPENED TODAY again SO THEN SPEND 30 Minutes ONTRYING TO GET REORDER/PRESCRIPTIONS AGAIN FILLED. I RUN OUT OF SCRIPTS DUE TO THIS PROBLEM. I'm 76yrsold. I
