I thought they were quick and not too wordy. I had a couple of guys with a heavy Mexican accent. Please excuse me, but WE HAVE TO KNOW what they are saying. I signed up for the 2-year plan. They were courteous & supported me with explanations & details. Disappointed with the price increase after my initial "new customer" program timed out. Love Frontier Utilities!

Contract is not clear. Be careful, I was paying too high. The $100 bill credit does not offset the high electricity charge. I will look somewhere else.

Convenient when it worked. Now I can't pay my bill. I have to go online and do the whole verification process. The interface is messing up for 2 months now and won't allow you past "pay now". Also, the highest rates I've had even with "eco plans".
