Frostreak: Cold Shower Timer

FROSTREAK: COLD SHOWER TIMER Build Mental Resilience One Cold Minute at a Time Frostreak is a focused cold-shower companion that helps turn discomfort into a consistent practice. Instead of a basic timer, you get cold-exposure tracking, streaks, session history, progress statistics, and offline motivational guidance. HOW IT WORKS Set a cold-shower target from 15 seconds to 5 minutes. Add an optional preparation phase from 0–60 seconds, then start and follow the circular progress timer. Pause when needed or skip preparation and begin immediately. After each session, log the duration, water temperature category—Arctic, Freezing, Icy, or Chilly—your wellness rating from 1–5, and optional notes about breathing, mindset, or physical response. Frostreak stores sessions by date and turns your records into clear trends. Track average cold duration, total sessions, wellness rating, current streak, and longest streak. A chart displays your last seven session durations so you can see progress over time. WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT * Cold timer with optional preparation phase * Adjustable targets from 15 seconds to 5 minutes * Play, pause, and skip controls * Temperature, wellness, and note logging * Current and longest daily streak tracking * Last-seven-session progress chart * Total sessions, average duration, and wellness statistics * Complete session history with deletion controls * Offline guidance from Coach Freya BUILD A CONSISTENT PRACTICE Cold showers challenge you to manage breathing, stay composed, and continue through controlled discomfort. Frostreak makes the practice measurable by showing how often you train, how long you stay in the cold, and how each session feels. Use notes and statistics to identify patterns, adjust intensity, and build gradually. Rather than treating each shower as an isolated challenge, Frostreak helps turn it into a structured routine supported by visible progress. 100% PRIVATE, 100% OFFLINE No account, sign-in, cloud sync, ads, or analytics tracking. Sessions, streaks, notes, and statistics stay in a local database on your device. Coach Freya’s guidance comes from a built-in library with no API calls or external connection. Optional Health Connect integration remains under your control and can be enabled or disabled at any time. Frostreak requests no unnecessary permissions and makes no background network requests. Take the cold. Take control. Build your streak.
