Update: Worked Briefly BUT Quit AGN! App closes down JUS prior to Homepage openin. Tried everything to find out how to get it working to no avail, Soo Once AGN there's No Access to FSB Mobile App. Literally! Gotta Drive Back N Forth to FSB to do transfers, deposits, etc. FSB WHERE RU? HELPS NEEDED AGN!2-2022 NOT WORKIN' IE: 6 Months & Can't get into App to pay Bills. Does ANYONE know what's Goin on with this App, Anyone. Anyone. Bueller? Anyone? Seriously FSB, PLZ FIX your App! 2021

Since the latest update I'm unable to open the app. Keep getting error stating unfortunately it's not responding.

I can't get this app to open. I've tried multiple times with no success. Uninstalling for the last time. I rely on banking apps to pay bills and track the balance. I'm very upset I cannot use this mobile app. I am taking care of my Mother's banking now, and I am very frustrated not having access. She's been with FSB for over 50 years and won't let me change banks. Otherwise, I would take her business elsewhere, like Chase, who has a user-friendly app.

Ever since the last upgrade, I haven't been able to access my account from my phone. I've tried reinstalling, clearing up space for memory and nothing is working. I've been a bank member for a very long time. This is very aggravating and frustrating.
