I love this bank! I just wish I'd remember how to find all of my transactions! I like how you can call and get a real person! Please don't change that! My previous bank had you slide your bank card at a terminal at the teller counter to do business! I thought that was cool! But I do like this bank, Thank you!

I like that I can know and see my transactions as soon as I purchase anything... I can always know what my available balance is.... I like that if there is any suspicious activity on my card I will get a notification from FSB ODEM, and it can be stopped....all in all it's a good app...

It's user unfriendly. Why do I have to be logged out so often? My fingerprint doesn't work after being logged out. I use other banking apps that are WAY smoother.

Keeps locking up amd won't let me log in. I have to Uninstall and reinstall for it to work
