The company FSDHAM is a wonderful & trustworthy investment platform/company. However, their App is the worst ever, for a Fintech mobile app. It's always one issue or the other. My app has permanently been on developer mode, which pops up every time I want to open my app. For months last year the app was not accessible, which for me is unacceptable for a fintech app. Even during an upgrade this shouldn't take more than few hours. Was asked to upgrade few days ago, now can't access the app again

The mobile app does not hide your password while typing. It shows you your password while it also reflects on your phone too. So I don't think I can log in like that for security reasons.

Most times difficult to login, and after login it is always saying "naira portfolio balance is not available at the moment". Why is it always impossible to see my balance?

The biometrics doesn't always pop up when I want to log in and my password is displayed when I type it. Even though the password is hidden, it's showing on my keyboard, and becomes part of suggested words for me. I always have to go remove my password from my stored suggested words on my phone. Plus when I log out, I still have to manually clear the password, or it's just there, even after closing the app.

1. The logout function is not perfect. I can click the back button to relogin into the APP this is a security breach. 2. The biometric option is not available most of the time for login use. 3. If the APP is closed, to reopen it requires I go through product info and accepting terms and conditions every time I want to log in. Please improve on these
