FTP Server: WiFi File Transfer

FTP Server: WiFi File Transfer turns your Android phone into a wireless file server. Transfer files phone to PC — photos, 4K videos, music, APKs, documents — over your home WiFi. No USB cable, no cloud upload, no file size limit, no internet needed.

HOW IT WORKS

Connect your phone and computer to the same WiFi (or turn on your phone's hotspot).
Tap Start. The app shows an address like ftp://192.168.1.9:2221 and a QR code.
Type the address into Windows Explorer, macOS Finder, FileZilla or WinSCP. Your phone opens like a folder on your PC. Drag and drop. That's it.
WHY PEOPLE USE IT • Phone to PC file transfer at full WiFi speed — a 2 GB video in under a minute • Back up camera photos to your laptop without hunting for a cable • Send files PC to phone: movies, music, PDFs, APK files • Works with your phone's hotspot when there is no router • Nothing leaves your network — no account, no server, no mobile data used

FEATURES • One-tap start / stop, plus a Quick Settings tile in the notification shade • QR code — scan to connect from another phone or a laptop • Username & password, or anonymous mode for quick sharing • Read-only mode — others can download but never delete or modify • Choose which folder to share (root folder control) • Live activity — see connected devices and every upload / download with size, time and speed • Custom port (default 2221) • Keeps running in the background with a persistent notification • Works with any FTP client: FileZilla, WinSCP, Total Commander, Solid Explorer, CX File Explorer, Windows Explorer, macOS Finder, Nautilus

PERFECT FOR Photographers moving RAW files • Students sharing notes • Developers reaching app data folders • Families sharing a movie to the TV box • Anyone who lost the cable

PERMISSIONS & PRIVACY Storage access is required so the app can share your files. The app has no backend and never uploads your data anywhere. Files move directly between your phone and your computer.
