Previously gave it 1 star for hosts file check Seems like its no longer there, the app is convenient, unlike many other FTP servers for Android, root access works nicely. Will buy a pro primarily for the WiFi whitelist.

Works well enough, and has some useful security features. Works very well with FileZilla. But frankly, I'm using either network shares or the anonymous ftp built into Solid Explorer more often, and I've had disconnection problems with this that SE's very basic ftp server does not have.

Broken on Samsung Lollipop Excellent app. Note that this app cannot write to external SD without root if you are on KitKat - this is an Android restriction, and not a fault with the app (use internal storage as a workaround). If the app breaks after upgrading to Lollipop, try uninstalling and reinstalling app.

Very Good FTP Server! ^_^ Its the only one with Root Access (I can go in / and /data) But i have a folder on my android with more than 18000 files. And the FTP Server is only showing 10000 files... Please fix that and i will put 5/5! :) PS: maybe there is a config file? Where?

Can't hide the icon. Like the main app However this is a review of just the pro key. Only buy this if you want 2 ftp icons next to each other. this key requires the free version to function, and there's no way to hide the key icon from the launcher. This is a huge oversight in a app key.

No Support Don't purchase this thing. It doesn't work as advertised. I purchased and still don't have write access to the external card. Requested support - twice - and nothing.

Doesn't work Fail to start service, invalid argument. Android 6.0.1 october update. Before the update it worked

I just paid for the pro version, but FTPS connection fails with the message: "GnuTLS error -110: The TLS connection was non-properly terminated." I hope the app provides a default (internal) certificate so that the user do not have to make their own to enable FTPS. It requires lots of work.
