Fuel Tracker India: Bharometer

Bharometer is a fuel tracker and mileage calculator built for India. Log a fill-up and it works out your real kmpl from one tank to the next, so you finally know what your vehicle actually returns.

Right now the whole app is free. Every feature, no subscription, no ads, no account.

SNAP THE RECEIPT
Point the camera at your fuel bill and the litres, amount and rate read themselves. It happens on your phone. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

LOG A FILL-UP IN SECONDS
Quick Add is a tap-only pad, no keyboard needed. The full form handles odometer hints, partial tanks and the fill-ups you forgot to record.

YOUR REAL MILEAGE, NOT A GUESS
Automatic km/l for petrol and diesel, km/kg for CNG, and efficiency tracking for EVs. Calculated tank to tank, which is the honest method, not the optimism on your dashboard. Your mileage trend sits beside your running average, so a drop tells you something is wrong before the mechanic does.

FUEL EXPENSES AND CAR EXPENSES TOGETHER
Cost per km, monthly spend, fuel price history and a financial year card. The Cost Log covers nine categories including service, insurance, PUC, parking, tolls and fines, so you can see what the vehicle really costs to run rather than just what the fuel costs.

EVERY CAR, BIKE AND SCOOTY
Add as many vehicles as you own, each with its own stats. Petrol, diesel, CNG and EV, including bi-fuel CNG with petrol.

PUMPS AROUND YOU
Petrol pumps and CNG pumps near you on the map, with favourites and your own visit history. Before a highway trip, find the pumps sitting along your route.

NEVER MISS A DATE
Reminders for PUC, insurance and service, set by date or by odometer reading.

YOURS, PRIVATELY
No account, no sign-up, no ads. Your fuel log stays on your phone. Only anonymous usage analytics leave the device, never your data. CSV import and export for backups, home screen widgets, light and dark themes, and seven app icons.

Kilometres, litres, kilograms and rupees. Bharometer was written for Indian roads and Indian fuel, not translated for them.

Recent changes:
Tarmac: a dark theme that is actually dark. The old one was navy, which is what happens when a dark theme is designed by people who like boats.

Some till rolls carry the paper supplier's name printed sideways down the edge, and the scanner had been filing that as your petrol pump. It can now tell a fuel station from a watermark.

Nothing is rounded to the rupee any more. Your receipt says ₹97.82, so the app says ₹97.82.
