This is an awesome app. Sometimes I pay the extra fee for more cases but when it gets a little pricey It's easy to turn it off for a bit. I can get lost in this game and its taught me more than I would have ever learned about medical situations. I would love it if there were a cheaper level, like half the price with half the cases.

Only one free case (all 283 other cases are locked). No daily cases. Nothing. And rest is locked behind a huge recurring paywall. Don't tell me you give 4 cases. Because you don't. You only give one damn case about that guy with a brain tumor
