I turned on the intensity prompt in the settings and it's been so helpful in making sure I rank the intensity of every contraction. This app is so helpful when trying to describe how we're progressing to my provider.

I started feeling contractions at 11:30pm and my husband wanted an app to track how often I was getting them, so we can decide when to go to the hospital and this does just that! Super easy to use, tracked the frequency of my contractions, the intensity of them, and how long they lasted! It even has some quick references about what's happening, what to expect during labor, and tips once baby arrives! Great app for what you need!

★★☆☆☆ I hated this app. I hate that you can't track and see your contractions in a list. No one cares about averages when you're labor.
