AUTO mode needs USAGE ACCESS permission. The permission is used to detect which app runs on top, in order to auto change the screen mode. MANUAL mode do not need USAGE ACCESS permission, it just works.
To use the ULTRA mode, you must grant the special permission WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS. You'll need ADB and PC/Mac connection. Known Issues by now only for ULTRA mode: - ANDROID 11 is supported by various devices, we have tested with Samsung S20 series. However, the solution isn't perfect, some users are reporting some devices which are not working. - If having on top of the display a notch or punchhole camera the top bar may not disappear in some apps
Known Issues only for BASIC/PRO modes: - On some devices, the bars reappear after one second. Use the ULTRA/PRO mode to avoid the issue - The app is not designed to work for phones with hardware buttons since our app cannot hide plastic buttons. ๐ - The keyboard and back button could not work during full screen on basic mode on some devices. They were handled on ultra/pro mode - The app is not designed for split screen and foldable screens - Nvidia Shield and Android TV must run the adb command in order to allow Drawing Over Apps permission: ./adb shell :and: appops set immersive.duna.com.immersivemode SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW allow, but take into account that the app was not designed for Android TV devices. - If having on top of the display a notch or punchhole camera the top bar may not disappear in some apps
NOTE: the app is not compatible with custom roms and custom navigation bars, nav bars with gestures or other apps that are drawing over the apps.

My back button stops functioning in fullscreen mode. Can this be fixed? Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime. Edit. Requires pro version. Edit. Pro works for it. Swipe to come out of full screen for a few seconds and then access the back button. Thankyou for your reply. The majority of bad reviews are because people do not read the app description. Ad free what more can someone want?

While it's not as nice to use as the gesture navigation I grew to love on my old Galaxy S8, it's definitely an improvement over how the stock android 11 navbar on my ROG phone 5 works. This app does exactly what it promises with no annoying ads or things like that. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

Even after upgrading to the Pro version, the back gesture in Android doesn't work when in fullscreen on my OnePlus. Hopefully this can be fixed! (Unfortunately the Ultra version doesn't work at all because of Android 11, but that was to expect.)

Garbage for android 11. Back button doesn't work in pro mode and it doesn't hide anything in ultra mode. In app purchase so no chance for a refund. Forget about getting or using this.

Keyboard and back button broken with Firefox. Back button only works after swiping up the nav bar. Android 11/Pixel 2. Please fix ASAP With respect to the developer's snarky answer, it does not work with Firefox even after swiping up. You'd better start listening to your users and tone down your attitude. Still happy to provide feedback to help fixing issues...
