I downloaded the app, and it's saying to update the date on my device, so I can't get access to the app although my date on my device is updated.

I ordered the premium subscription and paid for it several months ago and have sent multiple emails for assistance because I could not access my account with Fully Raw App. Once I finally did change password was not working, and now I've finally change the password word and accessed the App, but I can't access the recipes because they are all showing that I need Premium which I already paid for. I've asked for a refund in the pass to no avail. I love fully raw, but this is extremely frustrating.
