Their ads are not working right now, so I can't collect gold.

Add said they will give you $50 just for installing. There is no $50. Just a penny for watching 20 plus adds. They also promise $500 if you don't get the $50 after installation. I'm uninstalling and complaining to the Play Store.

You can't even claim anything without watching an add. It takes rosewood long I don't have time to only watch ads

It takes months to make any money. You'll see literally thousands of adds before qualifying for a $35 Amazon gift card. I'm on month 2 and still haven't seen a dime. They cheat you by giving you half or none of the gold they say they will for watching an ad.
