Got banned for nothing. Please fix the app security system as it is not accurate at all. Also, I cannot find the register option, how should I log in when I do not have an account in the first time.

Account got banned due to app running on a rooted device though it is NOT. The security requirements are so unnecessary. What is the point of building an app if it is not to the user's expectations. Do a better job next time. Plus, the support team is not helping. Why telling me to recheck my device when you already told me you cannot unban my account?
