Please change the color of the menu. I'm colorblind and cannot tell if I'm picking Home or SimulDubs. Or at least give me an option in the settings to change it myself if you'd rather leave the default color scheme for this who can see. Other than that great app, occasionally repeats a scene every now and then but great content otherwise.

The app works fine for me on my Nvidia Shield TV 2017 no buffering on 40mb cable. When using any 2.4 GHZ remote the okay buttons do not work tried 4 different 2.4 ghz remotes with no luck. You lose a star for lack of 2.4 ghz support . All Bluetooth remotes worked fine

This app is a disaster - the database is poorly maintained and clearly rarely error checked resulting in shows displaying as available in languages that they really aren't. Just the other night there were two test entries that were pushed in the live app resulting in placeholder titles appearing while browsing. Shows have episodes that are intermittently unavailable in the version you're watching (Uncut or Simulcast) resulting in the need to stop, switch the version, watch that episode and then switch back. Categories take longer to load than any other streaming app I've ever used. Certain episodes are 'unavailable at this time' much more often than they ever should be. In certain scenarios the 'go to show' button just takes you back to the home screen. The final episode of a series will occasionally loop indefinitely, resulting in it constantly being in your watch queue unless you go to the website and skip to the end there, or remove every episode of that show from the queue, as it can't be done from the app. Animation should be embarrassed they're letting people pay for a subscription and then offer such a terrible user experience through their streaming app.

The only reason I'm giving this a 2 Star is because of its selection for anime, the UI, and how well it Uses to work. If that wasn't the case then it's an easy 1 star! I have been a premium member since March 2020. It has always worked great for me, and it is on my Sony x930e. Until last month did it start messing up, I opened up the app all to see a big red banner saying my subscription has been suspended due to failed billing. So I ignored it because everything worked fine with no ads. After 3 days I decided to fix it what could go wrong?? Everything went wrong. I changed cards just incase that was the issue, and it said will take 24 hours to resume service. I waited 24 hours. Nothing. I waited 48 hours. Nothing. I decided to cancel the sub and re-sub with a new card hoping that would work. It did not so I waited a couple of days, and it still didn't work. So I waited till me renew date to give it another try which was the 13th of September. I couldn't believe it, but everything worked great! Until last night when I got an error saying “this video can't play right now” or “this video is unavailable in your region” May I remind you I was already 4 seasons into a show before it said that so how is that possible??? I tried another anime. Same thing. I ended up starting 4 new shows last night because after 2 episodes it would say its region blocked. So I even tried my phone still didn't work, I tried my laptop still didn't work there either! I checked my bank account and I was charged 5.99 from animation in the 15th so I had obviously paid for it 10 days ago why all of a sudden does it say it was failed? I sent animation a detailed email saying all this exactly and haunt heard back from them yet. Also, 20 minutes after I sent the email I started getting adds on all the episodes Funny, isn't it? The problem here is that has happened 2 months in a row now, so they are just milking me of my money and cutting me off. All in all I pay for it and I can't watch half the shows and get adds. If I ever get a reply I will post another review if It's fixed or not. But I’m very doubtful they will reply. -Edit (Also my phone and laptop are apple)
