★★★★★ All good except fund withdrawal not performed on same day.

★★★★★ Futu app are user-friendly. We can get whatever trading related information easily. App layout are clear. On top of that Futu also offer very good foreign exchange rate when we do foreign exchange through their app, foreign exchange prosess take about 2 minutes only. Staff are well train, knowledgeable and friendly. Very sastified to open FUTU trading account. Most importantly their charges are super low which I never encounter before. Feel very happy when I get cash reward and one free Apple share.

★★☆☆☆ Very disappointed that it now charges subscription if you want to see real-time trades, etc., which was originally free. And it forces you to subscribe by taking away real time updates as well. Futu is getting really cheap...giving a one star for trying to rip off from users.

★★☆☆☆ I gave this a 5* before, but the app has lost its way and feels like too many product managers changing things that don't need changing. Key functions like transfer, deposit, and withdraw options are so buried in menus that I would recommend against this platform for now. The actual trading functionalities are best in class, SO JUST FIX THE UX PLEASE. When core functionality is so difficult to find, it feels the app is deliberately trying to stop users from using it.

★★☆☆☆ I was forced to use this company to get stock from my previous employer. I was able to sell my stock but the money os sitting in a separate entity, and now it has taken over 45 days to open an oversee account. Now the company is holding tens of thousands of dollars that I cannot access. This is outrageous.
