Features: Mobile order and pay – Grab your favorites from our crazy good lineup. Customize and place your orders through the app, then pick up from a Fuzzy’s near you. Save and repeat your favorites to make ordering faster.
Rack up points – Earn tacos by lifting one finger. You will earn 10 points for every $1 spend ($1 = 10 points; gift card purchases not included). Scan your profile QR code or give your phone number at the register, order through the app, or scan the barcode on your receipt.
Dish out – When reward time rolls around, select your reward and press “Redeem.” Enjoy. Earn some more. Repeat. Choose from a selection of free Fuzzy’s food based on the number of points you’ve earned. Keep earning points until you have reached your desired menu item!

Workers except for the food preparer didn't even know I was there at the royal lane and 75 central expressway restaurant, this was Friday, July 25, 2025, at 2:00 pm so whoever the workers are that worked on this day are pitiful. The food preparer with the glasses on saw me standing at the cash register and didn't even try to tell the mustaches they had someone standing there they were all back there with him laughing and talking, so I walked out and ended up coming to the farmers branch fuzzy.

This apps GPS is trash it said a store was .2 miles I put in an order and its 20 minutes away 7 miles, and I can't cancel or get my money back

I found out that my account was being used for orders that weren't mine. I called the fuzzy's customer service, and they said they couldn't do anything. I asked them if I should leave a bad review because the customer service couldn't help with this app so here I am. I won't be eating at fuzzies anymore because the app is able to be hacked and the customer service won't try to fix or prevent this from happening again.
