Hello guys, I want to mention my experience, I installed this app past 2 days ago but my tickets was not showing even with my same email, but after 2 days it got appeared today, so I think they are publishing slowly so don't worry, it will appear for everyone who has their tickets, time by time

I had no issues when I used the app to get into the stadium. I was also able to transfer tickets to my sister with no issues. App no longer needed, and it's time to uninstall it. I enjoyed my time at the 2026 World Cup.

Pretty annoying they created a new platform, and that this app was separate from the official World Cup app. It worked fine for my simple use case, but all the negative reviews -- and the long lines I saw at the Ticket Resolution window at the match -- show there are some complex actions and edge cases that they weren't ready for.

The worst app!! I couldn't log in for 4 days now! And I couldn't sell my tickets, I'm even trying to reach FIFA no one's responding

I recently purchased a new phone and installed this app. Tried to log in, and it said I couldn't access my tickets for I was still logged in on another device, which isn't possible because I removed the app from my previous phone. I submitted a message to FIFA via their contact form, describing the problem, and all I got back was a generic ticketing message. So as of right now, I can't access my tickets for the match on JUne 30th in New Jersey, and nobody at FIFA can help. I'm furious.
