What a great launch event for the new banking app! 🎉 It was exciting to see the staff bring a fresh, modern banking experience to life. While there were some login issues during the launch, it’s clear there’s a lot of thoughtful work and innovation behind the app. Congratulations to Florida West Coast Credit Union on the launch—looking forward to seeing it continue to grow and improve! 👏

Terrible compared to the previous version. The app seems to lack the finesse. It changed the account numbers, and it's just plain gawky, looks very amateur. Please go back to the previous version.

This has been a horrible rollout. It looks like a kindergartner wrote the programming. All functionality with multiple accounts has been lost. No belle, no EZ card, no nothing.

I would say don't update, but then you have no banking app. Probably the worst banking app "upgrade" I've seen on a while. Belle=Gone, Bank Card Management=Gone, specified spending type=Gone, smartwatch app/connectivity=Gone, intuitive login=Gone, but "great new features" mandatory written password for INTERNAL ACCOUNT TRANSFERS= introduced. And the cherry on top. To switch WHOLE apps on the 1st, when almost all bills are universally due!! Priceless.
