★★★★★ Updates: FWD called to follow up on the issue. Was impressed by their dedication to follow up, able to log in now. Just hope it will be smoother for the rest/future! OG: Can't even log in at all after purchasing policy. Email sent to my inbox to use app, but I can't access the policy documents. At least send a copy of documents to my email, so I can refer. Even when logged in through website, I was not able to download policy documents...

★★★★★ I have account, then suddenly can't log in. Fill in mobile number, then after that, can't even login on 26 Feb 2023. I reinstalled the app, still the same. -follow up. 1 Mar 2023, after getting reply from app review, can log in.

★★☆☆☆ Policy document happily suggests using the app, but the app cannot even find the policy when signing up as insured

★★☆☆☆ Bought a travel insurance policy, asked to download the app. Login screen errors saying it can't find my mobile number. Obviously the system isn't kept in sync. Please fix basic things like these, else how can anyone even file claims?

★★☆☆☆ This has clearly been outsourced to the lowest bidder. It's completely incoherent and broken e.g. splash screen stating 'Success!' and also 'Error' when entering phone number. The screen to set up the password does not allow you to click 'next', even when all password criteria are fulfilled. This is a terrible look for your company. God help us if the insurance is as terrible as this app.
