App is not bad, it's a good app. Just that the support team are liars, I made a trade and lost all my funds, when I messaged one of the Customer support by name. Retention, she promised to give me a 100% discount in my next deposit, ever since then she hasn't responded, and now I lost my last money again while placing a trade. And the withdrawal button is too confusing. I'm rating it a 0 because of their customer support. Not like the app is not good it is. but the admins are liars.

I wonder who recommend this app among the trusted! In fact FoxPro is the worst broker. They are cheating with unfriendly candles, infact there is a tendency manipulation within their control room. They tend to stealing balance after stop out. There customer care act is unprofessional. Infact FoxPro is the worst not the best.

Be aware before deposit using UPI because when you try to deposit it gives options through Paytm and Phoneme. And when we pay with paytm they are not confirming deposit. From 20 days I am connecting to customer care but not getting problem solved. Amount is debited from bank but not showing in fx pro Wallet and fx is telling they didn't get payment.aftee giving all proof including bank statement still they are not confirming deposit.
