How do I delete this account? It keeps saying to enter a code sent to email but my email isn't listed in the account. The code isn't showing up in any of my emails. I don't see a link to customer service through the app either.

Worked the first time I used it, and after that, I hadn't opened it in a while. When I open it again, it's just loading and loading forever. I tried reinstalling multiple times, I even restarted my phone, and it's still stuck on a loading screen.

Doesn't allow you to see any information unless you pay for an upgrade. Tried to delete my account, and it said something about emailing me to confirm, but my email wasn't added to my account, so I can't actually delete my account. Tried the contact us on their policies pages, but it wouldn't load. It just kept doing a spiny circle. Not only did the app not do what it was supposed to, but now I'm frustrated because I can't delete my account.

I saw an Instagram ad for this and figured I'd try it because I've never quite been able to figure out my body shape or coloring. I couldn't find anywhere to enter a photo to be analyzed like the ad claimed, so I had to measure myself and enter everything. I do think it got my coloring and body shape correct based on its explanations, but the styling "advice" and celeb matches it gave were just...not good. There's no consistency and also all the products they recommended at WAY expensive.
