G.I.G Motors

The G.I.G Motors App is an internal employee management and attendance system designed to streamline workforce operations. It leverages modern technologies such as facial recognition and location tracking to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient attendance management.

Key Features

Face Recognition-Based Attendance
Employees can mark their attendance by scanning their face. The system verifies identity in real time, preventing proxy attendance and reducing manual errors.

Location Verification
Each attendance entry is recorded along with the employee’s live location to ensure presence at the designated workplace.

Late Entry and Early Exit Tracking
The application automatically tracks late check-ins and early check-outs, enabling better monitoring of employee punctuality and work hours.

Leave Management
Employees can apply for leave directly within the app, track approval status, and review their leave history in a structured manner.

Centralized Dashboard
A unified dashboard allows employees to view attendance records, working hours, and leave details in one place.

Purpose

The G.I.G Motors App is developed to improve operational efficiency by digitizing attendance and leave processes. It reduces dependency on manual systems, enhances transparency, and provides reliable data for workforce management.

Access

This application is intended strictly for internal use by authorized G.I.G Motors employees.
