Works great. Unlock and lock your door from anywhere you have connection to internet. No more lock outs with the key pad. Can be tricky to set up though. Shame the sensor is an extra cost. Finaly an electronic lock that has a deadlock to comply with insurance companies.

Pretty buggy app overall even after April 22 update. For example if you move from outside the house under 4G to Wi-Fi in your home, the app isn't smart enough to reflect the change and throws up an error that's there's no internet. Also, no geofencing, would be handy the lock knows you're home, so, it automatically opens when you roll into your driveway.

App and lock are far below what one would expect for the price point. Difficult to add users, keeps saying there is a firmware update but never seems to do the update. This is the second lock after the first one failed, I recently had to delete and reinstall both the lock and bridge, now the door open or shut status is not showing in the app. Not happy with this product at all, Gainsborough need to do some major upgrades to the lock and app software.

You would expect one of the more expensive smart locks in the market to support Google Assistant, but apparently not! Huge missed opportunity on what appears to be a good product.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
