For some reason when I go on gallery it looks normal, but an ad pops up, and I can't even get out of the ad the only options I could do was download the app but that's it

Not happy you guys need to fix this ASAP it's ridiculous that I can't even look at my pictures and there's no way I can get rid of the ad or exit out of it as soon as I open the app and add pops up won't let me see any of my pictures there's no way to exit out of the ad and there's no way to get rid of the ad I'm clearly not the first person to write about this and be pissed off about it so get it figured out and get it fixed ASAP, or I'm just going to keep leaving bad reviews

Add pop up every single picture. If you look at an album when flipping through an add shows up every single picture. I've never had a problem loading my photos but this app I am. I have the photos on my cloud, but it's saying I have a little over 4 thousand pics but when I open the album up it's only showing 213. Very dissatisfied with this app
