Game Designer & Maker is a cross-platform 2D game development software aimed at independent game makers. It doesn't require coding skills, enabling you to create games of any genre. You can export the finished games as executable files for PC, Mac, and Android, and you own 100% of the copyright, allowing you to publish and sell them online freely.
P.S This is developed by individual independent programmer, unable to provide rich material and template, feature is a small software itself and flexible development mode (production of game type is not limited by template type, the old version had a user surprised me with the function of the polygon made a simple 3D game), because of the certain difficulty, suggest no programming experience users can try my another completely free game production software "Game Maker X" :D
Software Functions: Universal 2D game development tool, not limited to game types. Built-in keyframe animation editor, skeletal animation editor, and skinning animation editor. Built-in physics engine, simulating realistic physical motion, collision, and rebound effects. 2D map editor + 2.5D map (isometric map) editor, and map tiles support animation effects. Powerful particle effect editor, in addition to creating traditional particle effects such as fire, rain, and snow, you can also render animations themselves as particles (e.g., a full screen of flying birds, swimming fish, or crawling zombies). Lighting editor, combined with the built-in normal map editor, can create very cool real-time lighting effects. FXs editor, can create various advanced effects (e.g., real-time fire, fog, rainbows, lasers, water ripples, etc.). AI Editor, if the above functions are used to create the "skin" of a game, the AI editor is used to create the "soul" of the game. Proficient use of the object AI editor allows you to create games and templates of any type. Scene editor, the last editor you will use, placing the animations and objects you have created into the scene, and clicking the run button, a game is completed. I found it interesting, but very limited... Do you intend to add any scripting or visual languages? (I would prefer a scripting language because creating a visual language is much more difficult and is very unfriendly for a mobile device)

First off, you can't download the game in your device unless you pay, and the app is hard and complicated. And the thing is, there is no tutorial. There are just these sample projects, and they don't help. You can't add pics or anything unless you add it yourself in the android data folder, and the app tells you to do this, and you can’t add videos at all, and these samples (demo) projects are fake like you can't do it in the (android) app even sketchware would give you a better experience
