We are extremely happy with the swimming classes. The coaches—Mr. Lodestar, Mr. Rutan, and Mr. Kishore—are very skilled, patient, and supportive. Our kids learned to swim very quickly and felt comfortable throughout the sessions. We truly appreciate the coaching and are glad we chose Game Theory for swimming training

I booked the pool from 9-10pm in the mid of sept. And when I went to the center they said the booking isn't confirmed although the money debited from my account. So me and my friend (girls) had to wait until 10pm-book it again and then swim. And the swimming facility did not help much with refund. I contacted the support team 5+ times for refund but no reply. In turn I cannot even try reaching out to support now. The app's interface is that bad. You need better developers and support team.

Very poor app. It often crashes and doesn't allow you to book classes more often then not. If you are not able to book classes someone else takes up the slot, and you keep missing the class while you have been told you can do unlimited coaching. What good is it when there are no classes to book and attend. Only way to contact customer support is mail and response time is 48 hrs. So no class for at least 2 days while your membership keep diminishing.

Don't subscribe to Game Theory it's like putting money in a donation box. You have to dance according to their rules, options and availability
