Brilliant app been using for 3 months, easy to use for everything from certificates, service reminders and invoicing. I am a one-man band and just love that I can access my customer database from the app, customer details, boiler info and work history at my fingertips, so useful. I am just about to upgrade (as I'm so pleased with the basic package) so I can integrate sage accounts with it, see how that goes. 100% recommend this app so far 👌

This has become very poor app over time and the subscription price just keeps going up the enter details of the appliance on the app go back to the pc you can see all the details on the cert but when you try to send the cert it keeps saying no appliance entered. Some time you recall the customer details on the app, and you get double of each appliance this app has been come waste of time and money better off with pen and paper.

Great Software, rubbish pricing. I've used this software for around 9 years now and seen the price steadily increase from around £6 to the current £38+ per month I'm having to pay now. The most recent price increase was by a third! That's scandalous. I contacted support who claim we were sent communications regarding the price increase however I don't seem to have that communication anywhere. They also made no attempt to explain or justify the price increase. Cheaper alternatives are out there.

Since update, it crashes, unable to send a certificate to a new customer. Very unprofessional and costly.

For those of us who only do oil this is still great as it has the relevant OFTEN certificates included. Last update removed my company logo and seemingly by default put a Gas Safe one there in its place, even though we're not all Gas Safe registered. Pricing now on the limit of expensive.
