I had always been weary about our high gas bill always being the same, no matter how much we had used. Being conscious in how much energy we used on a daily basis, and thinking how big companies can get away with "estimating" your usage, it seemed to get higher and higher every quarter. Ever since installing this app, I've literally saved thousands. From 1200 to 1400 AUD per quarter for gas, to just $438 per quarter! This is for a bakery. There should be an app for electricity too. 5 stars!

Stupid app, have reloaded it 3 times, won't accept my phone number, doesn't recognize password, ill let them come and read the meter

Unable to sign in with valid details. Keeps on saying email address is invalid. Also, no reminders to submit a reading

Asks you to set up account then when you try to log in doesn't recognize the details. Asked to do a password reset, and I received the verification code by email, but when I try to do the actual reset it tells me the email address is not recognized. Repeat ad infinitum. Spoke to Jelena earlier this year, and they said it was a known glitch, but it still isn't fixed months later. About as useless as it gets, particularly as they no longer provide cards saying when the next reading is due.

Great to be able to read yourself. Saves you labor costs. But Jesus Christ, I've read and sent you the data, stop the constant messages to read the meter for days. Needs work to be real-time and in sync with now. Would ave a lot of emails and messages for nothing.....upgrade needed. Just paid the bill to AGL, and meter mate says. Submit reading for 16may. Kill me now.
