My company has been working with Gate for weeks on a fraud recovery matter where stolen funds were traced into a Gate user account. Gate confirmed the precautionary freeze on the account. However, a signed court order from a Country's magistrate's court directing the refund has not been actioned and no timeline has been provided. The case is now being reviewed by VARA, DMCC, Dubai Police E-Crime, and the Gibraltar FSC. Gate's recovery process is opaque to victims even with a court order.

This is the worst exchange ever. To register, you have to give me your entire background and all your personal information. Passing KYC has never been so difficult. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Not for CDF trading. For example, for Sk Hynix they take the fake index for stocks. Instead of official sources they use "Gate fake market" as the biggest index provider. Looks like a pure casino action.
