App. Made to log guest into a facility, but you can't look up a guest by the guest name ! The App. Shuts itself down & reloads more than once a day with a line of Angry guest waiting to enter. Every picture of a Vendor Employees DL can be seen by any Facility that uses Sentry. It's very slow takes forever for Already scanned DL's to load & they don't always load then guest is angry you have to do it again. Tech support on hold for 5 mins then goes to voicemail EVERY TIME & they never calld bck.

This is a utility app. You use it because you have no choice. It just needs to do its job. Our community recently made a big change, which they only announced via Gate Sentry notifications. But community messages are not listed anywhere on the Android app. (Even email notifications, btw, will not be sent to you if your email has an underscore in it.) Also, anyone can enter using your vendor list. A Lyft that I didn't order recently came through on my account because I have Lyft as a vendor.
