GatherRoll

GatherRoll gives every guest a simple way to contribute private event photos without installing another app or creating an account.

Create an event roll, choose when capturing opens and when the album is revealed, then share one private QR code or link. Guests join in their browser, agree to the event rules, choose an alias, and contribute within the shot policy you set.

Before reveal, hosts see participation and processing counts—not the photos. After reveal, the shared album supports favorites, moderation, reporting, and private archive export. Rotating an invitation revokes the old link, and blocked guests lose access.

GatherRoll includes:
• A complete free event roll for up to five guests
• Per-guest or shared-pool shot limits
• Timezone-safe capture and reveal scheduling
• Browser-first guest access with no guest account
• Private direct uploads; hosts cannot view photos before reveal
• Guest removal, blocking, photo reports, and report receipts
• Host album pagination, roll export, account export, and deletion requests
• Clear privacy, support, community rules, and account-deletion pages

GatherRoll contains no advertising, subscription, paid billing, location collection, contact collection, microphone access, face recognition, or photo-content analytics.
