Gatling Hero

Gatling Hero is a dungeon shooter you play with one thumb. Drag anywhere to run. Let go, and your hero plants their feet, the barrel spins up, and the gatling opens fire on the nearest monster by itself. Start running again and it winds down.

Aiming takes care of itself. The whole game is deciding when to stop. Every second you stay put fills the room with bullets, yours and theirs. Let it roar, then slip away before the arrows and charging boars catch up.

Every level up lays out a choice of skills, and you keep one. Split your fire into more streams, bounce it off the walls, set enemies ablaze, or bolt a heavier barrel onto the gun. Turn every bullet into a homing missile that fans out wide and curves onto its target. Angels offer blessings. Devils offer more power, paid for with your max HP. The rocks that block enemy shots crumble under yours.

Each chapter is 50 rooms, with bosses guarding the way. Fall, and the coins you found go into a skill tree of permanent upgrades for the next run. Clear the first chapter to open a lava forge full of flame vents, explosive barrels, and runaway mine carts.
