I was forced to download this app, which requests MANY permissions, just to download the expensive tickets you already paid for in their website. This app also discloses that it can share info with 3rd parties. Why all this just to download tickets?! And then it's not like the house (that I went to, at least) is that worth it, and during the visit path, it forces you to go through shops with overpriced souvenirs...

It's just forced interaction. It seems to be needed for the audio guide, which could just be a download or a website. It has "missions", videos and a quiz, to earn Gaudi Coins for a "prize" but you ALSO need to spend €40-50 to get those "prizes". The worst part is the mission counter says you have one mission left but all of them are complete. The whole thing could just be a website.
