App puts you in touch with a wide variety of service providers. App also lets you compare prices before booking a service. Being able to read reviews about each service provider really helps. The biggest flaw in the app is that almost all of the service providers listed have terrible customer service. At the end of the day, I see very little true value added by this app.

Don't bother to try this. It's a scam. I had a newly purchased .8hp Hitachi window type aircon installed, it has an existing hole in the wall, power outlet but unfortunately for some reason it doesn't have electrical wiring that connects directly to our main breaker. I was given 1500 by Gawin. But after the service was done I was asked to pay them 8000 "Electrical labor and materials 6500 aircon installation 1500" for simple window type aircon installation.

Horrible experience. Vendors' quotes are overpriced. One vendor asked for 45k for a roof repair (he said it was already discounted!). Fortunately, we found a company (NOT from Gawin) and did the repair for 9k only! Another time, got someone using Gawin to repair our water tank. Had to pay him 6.5k, came here twice, but still was not able to repair it! Subpar and expensive services. I guess Gawin has no vetting process on their vendors. I'm very disappointed.
